Duty Manager

We are looking for 2 dynamic customer service attendants to join our team for critical roles due to growth and restructuring, Must enjoy multitasking and have an eye for attention to detail.

We are a proven leader in the short-term room hire industry (C.S.W.V) that operates 24/7, looking for an individual who can work autonomously and collaborate with team members with the opportunity for 1 fulltime position and 1 casual position with permanent monthly rotating schedules for the right candidates. 

 Safety, Brilliant leadership and Situational Awareness are without a doubt the priority strengths required of this role.

 All training is provided from Brisbane's best industry minds, You will be trained and supported by a long-standing team with a collective 75+ years of industry experience. You will have the ability to set yourself as an integral part of our team.

Fulltime Duty Manager Available Position

Must be available to work 2 weekends a month and all shifts are 12 hours, either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.The position is 3- 12 hr shifts weekly on a rotating permanent roster to provide work life balance for all in the team.

Casual Duty Manager Available Position

Would you prefer to have the ability to choose how little or much you would like to work while keeping yourself professional and sharp then this position is for you, all shifts are 12 hours, either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.

Duties:

• Administrative Duties
• Customer Service and Client Relations
• Service Provider Management
• In-house sales
• Oversee all aspects of running of the shift in particular Safety and Security
• POS - Training provided
• Cleaning as required
• Laundry as required

• Professional and compassionate
• You must be able to pass a police check
• You must not be bankrupt
• If you currently hold an RSA must be willing to relinquish due to Industry legislation

With a team of 7 Front of House Managers plus 2 Back of house Managers and cleaners.
