About the role
As an experienced Business Development Manager, your primary focus is effectively managing the Sales Channels / Marketing Groups experience from EOI through to Sales Accept. This role has the responsibility for the progress of multiple client files to ensure a timely and orderly progression through the Sales process within the Aplace Housing Business in Victoria.

Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager your role will include;
- Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, verbal or written
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with all Sales Channels / Groups
- Ensure all conditions on the Building Contract are met
- Ensure you are provided Land Information that is up to date and accurate
- Liaise with Land Vendors and ensure the highest level of support is provided – communication with our House and Land Coordinators.
- Supporting the ordering of Land Contracts from our Land vendors – requests to be provided to the Sales Support team
- Giving direction in creating House and Land Packages for sale
- Giving direction in creating House and Land brochures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Have proven residential New Home or Wholesale experience with (2-3 years plus ideally)
- Have experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
- Be able to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and sale network.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
