- Ensure our guest experience is so good they are coming back
- Be a part of the A team, creating a great atmosphere for our guests
- Lead and guide high performers (just like you!)

- Made sure we keep doing it all by the book – compliance, compliance, compliance
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO IT
- Be a hands-on kind of person that likes getting involved in the action
- Bring your Approved Managers License
- Would be great if you had done it all before in a Pub or Tavern management position
- Be available and flexible – weekends and public holidays are just another day on the BRT roster
- Be able to think and motivate yourself and have a proactive approach to pretty much everything
