The Role: Seeking a dynamic and motivated Duty Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of this busy venue. As a Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of day-to-day activities, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring safety protocols are upheld, and maintaining the high standards for which the club is renowned.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, especially during high-pressure situations
- Outstanding communication skills to liaise with staff, members, and patrons with ease
- Previous gaming experience a HUGE bonus
