About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and energetic Duty Manager (Maternity Leave Position) to join our team.
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive environment.
The Duty Manager is responsible for leading their team to success and ensuring all work processes flow efficiently and to ensure that employees perform their duties in line with the Club standards and are are supported by 24/7 Security.
Success in this role will be achieved through a combination of leadership, innovation, teamwork and support of a positive and dynamic team culture in line with our company values.
We understand the hardships of combining a career in hospitality with family friendly hours and offer a great 4-day week rotating roster that includes some weekends off. This position is nights shifts only.

About YouYou will be a self-starter, able to motivate yourself and others and have good problem solving and decision making abilities. You will need to work both independently and as part of a team.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Experience with facilities maintenance and/or security
- Collaborative skills, with the demonstrated ability to contribute significantly and productively in working effectively as part of a team.
- Team Management experience
- Ability to prioritise tasks within a busy environment.
- Strong organisational skills
- Time management skills
- A working understanding of all aspects of club operations
- Intermediate knowledge of the Registered and Licensed Club Award 2020
- Understanding of the Registered Clubs Act
- The ability to consistently apply club policies and procedures including RSA, RCG, harassment, discrimination and bullying etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- High level of customer service to all stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work day and night shifts including weekends
- RSA certification
- RCG and Advanced RCG Certification
