- Working with the Customer Service Officers (CSO) team to ensure airline and flight information is accurately reported.
- Monitor ground transportation including the taxis and rideshare.
- Provide timely and effective response to all customer enquiries and ensure friendly, professional and courteous interaction with all customers.
- Look for customer service improvements and work with the terminal stakeholders to provide a premium customer service experience.
- A link between the company Security provider, Customer service, AFP and any other relevant tenant in regard to a better, coordinated approach to emergencies, SOPs and breakdowns onsite.
- Be the company representative when incidents occur at the Terminal to ensure Incident Reports and CCTV Footage are compiled correctly and reported to Management.
- Oversight of security in the Terminal.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, staff, security personnel and other stakeholders for presentation, housekeeping and following the SOP’s.
- Customer feedback on pay machines, change machines, voucher machines, intercoms, general office queries.
- communication of security recommendations and protocols.
- Review and process incident and WHS Hazard Reports and send required data to the Facilities Manager as required for the Quarterly Risk Management Meetings.
- Report on day-to-day activities including but not limited to inspecting alarms, investigating issues when required and escalate if needed.
- Daily Property Inspections.
- Assist with baggage system interruptions.
- Be the point of contact for diverted flights, air conditioning issues, lights, buses, and accommodation queries.
- Investigate maintenance issues at the Terminal and coordinate after hours works of contractors as required.
- Ensuring the Terminal and surrounding areas presents well at all times, communication and working with other Teams and Contractors on any issues.

- Ability to write reports.
- Prior Facilities Management preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
