Our client, in the commercial sector is seeking a full-time permanent Duty Manager to join their team, based in inner south suburb of Canberra.

Key responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Ensure accurate reporting of airline and flight information.
- Monitor ground transportation including taxis and rideshare.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
Terminal Operations:
- Coordinate with security, AFP, airlines, and tenants during emergencies.
- Represent the organisation during incidents, compiling reports and CCTV footage.
- Assist with security and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Communicate with Customer Service Officers on operational data.
- Report daily activities, including alarms and maintenance issues.
- Manage contractor schedules and assist with baggage system interruptions.
About You:
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Prior experience in Facilities Management highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Availability for shift work.
- Must pass a ten-year police check and pre-employment medical.
