We are currently recruiting for a Senior Hotel Duty Manager with a proven track record of excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and cultivating successful teams. 

As a Senior Duty Manager, you will work closely with the Hotel Manager, Front Office Staff and Housekeeping team members to provide exceptional service guests and 

You will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Overseeing the department as well as the daily operations of the Hotel
• Lead the Front of House team to provide excellence in customer service
• Development and supervision of Night Auditors, Front of House team members and Supervisors within the team

About you

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Confident and Professional personality
• 2 years of experience in a hotel Front Office operation
• Exposure to both front desk and reservations procedures
• Excellent decision making and time management skills
• Demonstrated communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• You must have working rights in Australia

Desired skills and experience:

• Previous Leadership or Management experience is highly desired
• Strong local knowledge of the ACT
• A Valid full Australian drivers’ license
• Experience using a Property Management System, preferably Opera
