QT Bondi is located at one of Australia's most iconic locations! We are seeking an energetic, stylish individual who loves all things Bondi!
QT Bondi's 48 individually-styled luxury guest suites have been designed to capture a quintessentially chic Bondi experience.
As a Duty Manager you will provide exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
- As the first point of contact for the hotel you are instrumental in providing the best possible guest service
- MUST HAVE FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE AT LEAST 2 YEARS.
- Lead a team and manage the daily operations - being the main point of contact between departments.
- Opera & ORS experience extensive knowledge required.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Reservations creating and knowledge is required.
- Working as a team and solo at times.
- You possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and complaint resolution, and can handle yourself under pressure.
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Opera experience preferred
