We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our F&B Duty Manager Team overseeing the operation of various venues. With a huge range of outlets throughout the winter and summer season, from pubs to cocktail bars, from fine dining restaurants to café counter service, both in Thredbo Village and on the mountain, you’ll have the opportunity to tune your skills in a singular venue or switch it up across various venues depending on customer demand. Working with the On-Mountain Food and Beverage Manager and the Hotel Operations Manager, you’ll be able to provide leadership and guidance to all and work with supervisors to implement strategies for increasing safety, work satisfaction and productivity.
We are looking for both Hotel Duty Managers and Venue Duty Managers.

If you’re up for an exciting opportunity to:
- Coordinate daily operational requirements
- Problem solve and manage their time effectively

- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and effectively run a venue floor
- Maintain a complete understanding of NSW liquor licensing laws
- Maintain friendly relationships with local customers, staff and community members
Experience and skills:
- NSW RSA
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor certification
- NSW RCG (Hotel Duty Manager Only)
- Experience in F&B Management
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer service knowledge
- Communication and leadership skills Confident with supervision/management of various team size
