The Role:
The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the hotel and food & beverage department, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of service. An integral aspect of this role is managing the gaming operations, ensuring compliance, and offering an optimal guest experience.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager.
• Must possess experience in gaming operations within a hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and tools.
• Good organisational skills with an ability to multitask.
• Must hold current RSA and RSG certificates.
