The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced D365 Consultant with a background in Dynamics 365 Applications (Customer Service, Field Services, Marketing, Sales, Model-Driven). This role will combine your technical and consultative skills to enhance our client engagements. Key Responsibilities:
- Working with our clients, configuring and implementing our proprietary solutions in line with business, technical and budgetary requirements.
- Guiding functional analysis and design conversations, lead scoping (discovery) workshops and advising clients on the adoption of solutions based on best practices.
- Leverage technical expertise to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to gain buy-in on the proposed solution and attentively listening to understand the rationale behind decisions.
- Actively building, configuring, and customising D365 Apps and/or Model Driven/Canvas Apps via the user interface.
- Documenting business processes and workflows, producing clear and detailed business requirements and process maps
- Effectively translating business and user requirements into technical and functional specifications and creating and presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders to support recommendations. This includes the production of business documentation as well as technical configuration documents.
- Ensuring the specification and design of applications, major application enhancements and bug-fixes meet the defined business needs, aligning with enterprise and solution architectures, and complies to standards.
- Delivering training for our solutions and providing ongoing support of our solutions to existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in providing advice, expertise, specialist skills and consultancy services in either of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications (Customer Service, Field Services, Marketing, Sales)
- A strong understanding on Solution Management and Best Practices
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Exposure to Power Pages and/or Power Virtual Agents (Desirable)
- Strong consulting skills, such as problem solving, creativity, critical thinking, flexibility and a solution, customer & value mindset focus
- Must be eligible to work in Australia and willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
