As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a highly talented E-commerce Coordinator to join our team at our head office in Helensvale on the Gold Coast.
Job Description: The E-commerce Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital strategy for Jetpilot. This position requires an individual with a strong background in digital design, data and e-commerce platform management. You will be directly collaborating with the marketing team and reporting to the E-commerce Manager to enhance our online presence and drive engagement and sales through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Design: designing compelling and visually appealing content for Jetpilot’s digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand’s voice and vision.
- Image and Video Editing: Utilise tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva to create and edit content that align with marketing campaigns and brand standards.
- Website Management: Assist with overseeing the daily operations of Jetpilot’s e-commerce platforms implementing updates, managing product listings, and optimising the user experience.
- Social Media Management: Assist with developing and executing social media strategies across multiple social platforms including managing day-to-day activity to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and boost sales.
- UX Design Skills: Employ skills in email and website design to enhance our marketing efforts, creating attractive and effective layouts and designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing and relevant Teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Working knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce management systems.
- Solid understanding of social media strategy and management.
- Creative thinker with the ability to multitask and manage projects within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- BONUS: Experience in video editing and content creation.
Additional Skills (Preferred, but not required):
- Background in email and website design.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
