Key Responsibilities:

- Order Management: Utilize BigCommerce to assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving any fulfillment issues.
- Zendesk Support: Manage customer queries and ticketing system using Zendesk, ensuring a timely and organized response flow.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Feedback and Reporting: Regularly gather customer feedback and use insights to suggest improvements in products and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the e-commerce team to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service, especially in e-commerce or retail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like BigCommerce, customer support tools like Zendesk, and conversational AI like ChatGPT.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
