This e-commerce position collaborates with third-party dropship suppliers to on-board and integrate them to the retailer’s website, whilst also ensuring suppliers can continuously receive online orders via the integration method once on-boarded.
About the Role:
- Effectively manage all third-party supplier on-boarding to the Myer system, liaising with buyers and suppliers to ensure they understand on-boarding timelines.
- Set up EDI/API between Myer and suppliers to facilitate dropship integration capabilities.
- Work with suppliers to understand their dropship requirements.
- Ensure all operational and compliance paperwork is completed.
- Investigate and resolve on-going integration issues
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and suppliers to provide continued assistance, direction and issue resolution.
- Manage missing dispatch report with supplier’s daily and proactively communicate issues.
- Train new buyers to understand the Myer’s Third-Party Dropship Program
About You:
- Experience with on-boarding third-party dropship vendors and setting up integration
- Experience with EDI/API messaging (ie Marketplacer, Miracle Platforms)
- Excellent communication – written, verbal with the ability to articulate complex technology requirements simplistically to others and to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside a broad range of key stakeholders
- Team oriented, and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
