Job Description:About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Catering Administrator to join our Operations team located at our Coppabella Village located in the Bowen Basin, approximately two hours inland from Mackay, QLD.This role is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in the areas of rostering, staffing, food safety, stock control management, reporting and other administrative tasks related to the catering department.Full-time, permanent positions consisting of on-going rotating roster (14-7 or 5-2 options).What Civeo Can Offer You

About YouTo be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated relevant work experience
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or HSQE (desirable)
- Experience in Food Safety, HACCP, and Compliance
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, JDE and MyOSH or other safety related systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- Knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance, including responsibilities to self, other persons, and property, including the safe operation of plant and equipment and manual handling
- Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in retail, bar, and restaurant operations
- Strong time management and organisational ability
- Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
- Capability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
- A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
- Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
