The Opportunity:
In this new and exciting role, you will have an opportunity to make this role your own. You will be the key player in the deployment and customer onboarding of our online sales platforms whilst working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies, enhance the customer journey, and drive efficiency and revenue growth via online sales channels. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Work with the Regional Team to identify opportunities to onboard Customers and drive increased efficiency and improve the customer experience of purchasing aftermarket parts and service.
- Be the Regional point of contact to support new Customer “e-commerce” onboarding and demonstrating the value and benefits of utilising e-commerce platform over traditional ordering processes.
- Manage and optimise our e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor e-commerce performance, analysing user behaviour and provide valuable insights.

What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role with the ability to develop business plans and strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in project management and general marketing activities.
- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- A customer focussed individual with the ability to identify business opportunities, develop, and implement actions that capture this opportunity.
