We are looking for a self-motivated and outcome focused team player who is strategically minded but also able to be hands on to coordinate our Nip Tuck Swim and Artesands branded sites. You must be passionate about eCommerce, digital and promotion strategies that drive business growth. You will have strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and influence decisions across functions. This is an analytical position with a lot of creativity, looking for a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and suit someone with strong commercial acumen while also constantly pursue user experience improvement, look and feel and ease of use of the brand’s websites.
Responsibilities Include:
- Day-to-day management of websites including products, content, promotions and merchandising.
- Maintaining product data across all categories for our websites, ensuring product imagery, pricing and product descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Conducting regular stock checks to ensure there is sufficient stock on hand to meet customer demands, particularly during promotional activities, in relation with stock manager and brand manager
- Ongoing maintenance across all the websites
- Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the website to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end.
- Work with developer partners in applying retail UX best practice principles to drive conversion on the website.
- Ensure product and content is accurately represented, strategically merchandised and optimised to improve conversion rate and customer journey
- Collaborate with Marketing and contribute to a fully integrated digital marketing strategy including EDMS, Social, Paid Search, SEO and Content.
- Collaborate and drive digital agencies to focus on sales, making sure the marketing calendar is respected and targets are met.
- Compiling new season range data, liaising closely with internal teams to gather information and align website content
- Brief and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital graphic assets required for the website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website performance
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel and drive online sales performance.
- Liaise with internal and external social media stakeholders.
You will have:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in an eCommerce Coordinator/manager role within the retail industry. Fashion experience is a plus.
- Sound experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar
- A solid understanding of Google Analytics
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with commercial analysis experience
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar
- Experience in database segmentation, email automation and campaign coordination
- Experience and understanding of onsite merchandising and how it can be used to drive sales
- Sound understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (copy writing skills preferable but not essential)
- Basic understanding of HTML and/or CSS code.
- Basic photoshop or graphic design knowledge will be highly regarded
- A methodical and structured approach to work with excellent time management skills
- Understand the importance of accuracy and to ensure all content is checked before going live
- A strong customer focus; understanding customer needs, behaviours and experiences
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, creativity and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven nature of the industry
- Can do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Experience in managing digital campaigns and advertising channels highly regarded
