The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, updates, campaign pages etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly promotion plans and calendars.
- Execute online promotions and set up offers and vouchers at the backend.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely product launches, promotions, and sales events.
- Facilitate and manage creative development, copywriting, and content for the homepage, banners, and different sections of the website.
- Assist with photographing, filming and editing product and lifestyle content.
- Plan Email marketing campaigns and monitor the key performance metrics
- Develop the creative and copy for email campaigns.
- Collating and creating content to support our internal communications program.
- Digital campaign performance tracking and analysis.
- Engaging influencers and assisting with collaborations as required.
- Work with IT/dev agency on identifying and debugging website/payment/check-out issues when needed.
- Work with the naturopath team to develop and upload blog posts and other contents.
- Liaise with external agencies on SEO and SEM strategies, budget planning and execution.
- Supporting customer service team on E-Commerce order enquiries
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in E-commerce
- A degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
- Social media skills and a commitment to remaining up-to-date on all the digital trends.
- Confident photography and video editing skills.
- Strong website editing skills, eDM experience, and digital analytics exposure.
- Reliable and self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A passion for what you do and a positive attitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
