Our client has a need for an experienced Office Manager who can jump in and help keep the team running smoothly.
You will be the true go-to person in the business, responsible for the efficient running of the Melbourne office & team, greeting all people entering the office, as well as providing assistance to the State Managers.
Some of the key responsibilities as the EA/ Office Manager are as follows:
- Office Management
- Event Management
- Scheduling of State Managers appointments and calendars
- Phone switchboard management
- Communicating with relative key stakeholders
- Expense reconciliations
- Social media & content coordination
- General marketing & HR assistance, including new starter inductions
- General ad-hoc duties
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Experienced across MS Office, Adobe Suite Procore & JOBPAC experience highly regarded
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills and adherence to strict confidentiality
- A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
- A vibrant, resilient and fun personality with a light-hearted nature
