Our client is a leading fit out & refurbishment company in Victoria. They deliver high end projects up to the value of 50 million dollars.
Our client has a need for an experienced Office Manager who can jump in and help keep the team running smoothly.
You will be the true go-to person in the business, responsible for the efficient running of the Melbourne office & team, greeting all people entering the office, as well as providing assistance to the State Managers.
Some of the key responsibilities as the EA/ Office Manager are as follows:
  • Office Management
  • Event Management
  • Scheduling of State Managers appointments and calendars
  • Phone switchboard management
  • Communicating with relative key stakeholders
  • Expense reconciliations
  • Social media & content coordination
  • General marketing & HR assistance, including new starter inductions
  • General ad-hoc duties
Requirements to be considered for the Office Manager role:
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Experienced across MS Office, Adobe Suite Procore & JOBPAC experience highly regarded
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills and adherence to strict confidentiality
  • A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
  • A vibrant, resilient and fun personality with a light-hearted nature
