ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide comprehensive executive secretarial, administrative and clerical support services to the Fixed Wing unit to facilitate the day-to-day co-ordination and operation of the Fixed Wing Base. Please refer to the and for further information.
Please note: this is a temporary full-time position for a period of nine (9) months with possible extension.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- You are a highly organised administration professional with strong administration experience and skills
- You can work within a team environment as well as on an individual basis
- You possess excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word, and the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels
- You have demonstrated self-driven capability in administrative support and are passionate about delivering services that make a positive difference to the community
