The Role
The primary focus of this role is to provide quality, proactive and efficient support to 1-2 u0027Cu0027 Suite level Execs. The primary Exec is totally transparent and you will have access across all emails, calendar and meetings. They know the value of a truly effective assistant and will welcome any ideas and suggestions around improving their day to day activities. You will take a strategic view and anticipate any upcoming events and commitments and plan and organise accordingly. Experience with the Board cycle and associated activities (papers, attendance, etc) will be a must for this role.
The Person
You will be a seasoned EA professional with experience supporting at a senior level. As you will be supporting a C Suite Exec great communication skills, a professional presence, confidentiality and strong tech skills as well as a collaborative and proactive work style will work well. Your organisational and administrative skills will of course be exemplary. This company is very client-centric and is reflected in their people.
