About the Role
Initially this role will undertake the following tasks for our group of entities:
- Daily allocation of receipts & payments
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Bank, credit card and other reconciliations
- Assisting with month end procedures
- Processing web orders
- General data entry
- Taking overflow phone calls
As an expanding business, there are many opportunities to learn and grow.
Based near Eagle Street pier, the role is a full-time position though we are open to a part-time (job-share) arrangement covering the hours 8am to 4pm weekdays.
About You
The successful applicant must have:
- 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Clear Police check mandatory
