The School is inviting applications for an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Head, Co-Curricular to provide support and management to enable the effective execution of their responsibilities. The role involves being the first point of contact for all communication and enquiries, providing administrative support to the co-curricular department relating to co-curricular sport and activities. The position is a full time, permanent role.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience working in administration and office management.
- Experience working within a school environment, working within the Co-Curricular space (desirable)
- The ability to work productively and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve School goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced ability to use the Microsoft Suite of applications, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoom
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
