The Role:

• Co-Manage Directors Diary 
• Manager full listing to settlement and post-settlement process
• Data Entry, Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele
• Fast-paced role!! 
• Prepare for listing presentations & market analysis research
• Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
• Consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale
• Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs & original contracts

The Candidate: 

• The Ideal candidate will be PASSIONATE about the Industry!
• You will be ambitious, energetic & strive for excellence
• Must have similar experience in an EA/ PA/ Sales Coordinator role within Real Estate 
• HIGH attention to detail & great time management skills
• Must hold a Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate Licence 
• Required to have a current driver's Licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
