They are now looking for a dynamic and tech savvy Client Services/EA/Administrator to work closely with one of the Partners and support the administrative function for the wider team.
Prior administration experience in an accounting firm is advantageous, particularly familiarity with Xero.
The firm has a well-establish offshore team based in the Philippines. This includes a dedicated administrative person that would help support this position.

This would be an in-office role but there is the option for flexibility in hours and days if required.
Key duties will include:
- Providing EA support to a Director - including diary and inbox management
- Document management
- Correspondence with clients
- Ordering of supplies and general office upkeep
- Reception and front of house management
- Monthly account invoicing and accounts receivable
- Management of lodgement list, ATO debts, and payments
- Assisting with with event planning and social activities
- Possess 2 + years experience in an Administrative/EA role (ideally in a professional services environment)
- Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Be tech savvy and able to pick up systems and software quickly
- Possess a can-do attitude - eager to learn and be part of a team
