About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this pivotal role, you will provide confidential and proactive support, ensuring her day-to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be a trusted partner, anticipating needs, managing complex scheduled, and handling a wide range of administration tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as the first point of contact, screening emails and managing communication flow.
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations with a key eye for detail and professionalism.
- Maintaining calendars, meeting requests, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Organise travel arrangements & expense reconciliation.

You will also have:

- Proven experience as an PA/EA at an executive level within a medium to large organisation
