What You'll Do
Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. As our Fleet Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our vehicle fleet in partnership with our vehicle lease company, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the Fleet management company to process vehicle orders efficiently
Conduct monthly fleet reviews with vehicle lease providers and dealerships, contributing to the selection of the best vehicle lease company
Manage all aspects of vehicle contracts, including acquisitions, disposals, maintenance, and insurance reviews
Lead fleet-related projects such as tender processes to ensure optimal outcomes
Review vehicle insurance annually and provide strategic recommendations
Handle infringement notices, toll reports, fuel reports, and payroll reimbursements
Conduct vehicle audits and monitor logbook compliance
Manage accident management processes, smash repairs, and invoicing
Previous experience in fleet vehicle management
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
Exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle complex fleet challenges
Solid background in administration, ensuring smooth operations
Ability to deliver work efficiently and within deadlines
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our office in Greystanes with free onsite parking provided, with the flexibility to work in the office and from home. From time to time, you will be required to attend our head office at Macquarie Park.
