We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood superstar to join our fantastic team on a full-time basis.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a deep appreciation for nature and outdoor play, with the ability to craft enriching environments where children can engage in hands-on, exploratory activities. A strong belief in the importance of outdoor play for children’s physical and cognitive development is essential, along with a meticulous approach to documenting their growth and effectively showcasing their learning journeys.
Create engaging environments for children to explore and document their learning and development to a high standard. We are seeking a candidate who can create engaging environments for children to explore and document their learning and development to a high standard.
Build and maintain relationships with our wonderful children, families, and fellow educators.
Develop learning programs based on their knowledge and experience.
Be proficient in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework.
Communicate confidently with families.
Skills and Experience:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).
- Hold a valid Blue Card.
- Hold current First Aid Qualifications (specific to Early Childhood).
- Have previous experience working in an Early Education Centre.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit a positive, caring attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Maintain a professional presentation.
