We are looking for motivated, engaged and enthusiastic team members to join our team as Early Childhood Educators at our Benjafield and Berriedale Centres. You will be responsible for providing the effective delivery of Council’s Child Care Connections professional and educational programs and services to children aged from birth to 7 years and their families. The successful applicants will: Actively contribute and participate in the efficient, effective, and flexible development and delivery of the educational program Demonstrate sound understanding and knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Quality Standard Work effectively in a small team environment, fostering a positive team atmosphere Communicate effectively and be a positive role model for children and colleagues Be supportive and professional in delivering excellent customer service Be able to multi-task ensuring children are well supervised, and that their health and safety is always maintained Qualifications: Diploma of Children’s Services, Associate Diploma Social Science (Child Care) or equivalent (as per the ACECQA website) and a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (HLTFA301C) Position Hours: Permanent Part-Time: 16 or 20 hours base per week* however, willing to negotiate hours with the successful candidate(s) For further information on these positions, contact Kate Whitbread, Child Care Delivery Coordinator on (03) 6216 6610.
