The Role
In this role, you must show a connection with and willingness to advocate for children and Insight Early Learning's philosophy WISDOM, INNOVATION, SUSTAINABILITY and EQUITY. You will be a great team player, show initiative and confidence, and be ready to PLAY as we operate on a play-based curriculum.
You will be willing to obtain Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Diploma. You will be participating in implementing an approved learning framework and supporting the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children. This involves creating a safe, inclusive environment that supports diversity and encourages children to develop self-confidence and self-esteem.

- It is a permanent position.
- Allocated study time off the floor.
- Qualification gained through a registered RTO.
- Working as part of a team to educate and care for children in a national company that truly recognises and rewards great team members.
- Being coached and mentored by our experienced Educational Leader and service management.
- Developing strong relationships with children, your team, families and/or care givers.
- Actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Being open to working in any room with children’s age ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Working in line with Insight's philosophy, policies and procedures.
What you will bring:
- Willingness to obtain a Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (must have)
- Current and valid Working with Children Check (employee card)
- Warm, Empathetic and bubbly personality
- Willingness to work as a team
- Willingness to work with children of all age groups in the centre
