Dripstone Children's Centre is a vibrant 72 place, non-for-profit community run service, with exceptional grounds based in the Northern suburbs of Brinkin, upon Larrakia Land.
Children are at the centre of everything we do, we believe they are wildly complex capable risk takers and we honour their individual rhythms. We advocate for children’s freedom, choice and autonomy and empower their authentic unapologetic self.
We are a centre that promotes outdoor in all weather, learning with and from the environment and doing our part in Walking Lightly on the Land. We embrace the Gulumoerrgin Seasonal Calendar and take cues from the land to lead the curriculum.
We champion a strength-based approach with our team, giving all members the opportunity to hone in on their extensive knowledge, values and skills. Our families and community have an immense involvement in decision making that inspire our service to go above and beyond the traditional childcare experience.
