The Sanctuary of Early Learning is growing and we need you! Come and join a leading provider in Early Childhood Education at Seaford House Sanctuary of Early Learning.
Seaford House is part of a group of four centres under the same providers on the Mornington Peninsula, offering you a more personal approach to your working environment. Seaford House is a state-of-the-art service with a modern homestead theme to create an extension of the home. The service is licensed for 113 children per day and has 7 rooms.
Seaford House offers the children the chance to engage in Bush and Beach Kinder along with our other weekly activities to expand our commitment to the local community.
Staff wellbeing is paramount to us and is reflected in our wellbeing program.
This program may look a little different at each service, depending on the needs and desires of the educators. Some of the wellbeing opportunities at the other services include: weekly PT/yoga sessions, ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ (lunch provided on Wednesdays), subway and smoothie days, etc.
Our Wellbeing program is constantly reviewed with input from all staff members.
Ideally, candidates should have the following skills and experience:
- Diploma and certificate 3 positions are available.
- Current Working with Children's Check and police check (or willing to obtain)
- Current first aid certificates
- Current child protection training
- Food Safety training
- Allergy Awareness training
This is a permanent full time position to be worked over 4 or 5 days per week.
