The Team:Join the Little Eagles team in Richmond (Dharug Country), where we offer a vibrant and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. Our service, open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, is committed to exceptional care and strong community ties, especially with Defense families. With capacity for 76 children, we provide a supportive and dynamic setting for both kids and staff. The Role:

Join us as an Early Childhood Room Leader at Little Eagles, where you can truly impact children's lives. Armed with a Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a current Working with Children Check, you'll lead a room where passion for learning thrives. We're looking for someone with a collaborative spirit, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, ready to nurture and inspire both children and team members. Be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in Early Childhood education, making every day a rewarding adventure in shaping young minds.

• Completion of a Certificate III & Diploma of Early Childhood Education. 
• Current working with children check 
• A passion for Early Childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach
