We are an innovative, family owned, early learning centre located in the heart of Mount Isa. We have embarked on our journey of adventure to provide inspiration, wonder, and delight for all our little friends.
Our Centre is fully equipped with modern resources and a host of learning opportunities for children, creating simulating play spaces for everyone. Our children enjoy their day, within beautiful classrooms, filled with natural light and warmth and many outdoor adventures, in their very own, fully equipped adventure playgrounds.
Our Educators provide a caring and compassionate manner, to help our little friends to grow and flourish, whilst always maintaining professional standards. We also welcome Educators suggestions on any improvements they would like to bring to our center.
We are seeking a skilled ECT, who shares our belief in creating a positive and happy childhood, for each of our friends. Combined with a high-quality understanding of Early Childhood and a passion to grow together, we guide and nurture our friends, to flourish and aim for the stars!

We require the following qualifications to be held by our team members:
- A recognized Educational and Care qualification or working towards a qualification.
- Current Blue Card or Exemption Card
- Current First Aid and CPR – desirable

- Above award rates including annual salary reviews

- $3,000 sign on bonus paid after the 6 months’ probation period
