As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.  
Welcome to Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Brighton - North Road! Our center is nestled within a charming country beachside community, with the city just a quick 20-minute journey away. Our neighborhood boasts a mix of young families and long-standing residents, offering a dynamic blend of experiences. The educational landscape is diverse, with an array of public and private schools, and our families are actively involved in various sports and recreational activities, including water sports and fishing.

• A seasoned Bachelor of Education teacher with seven years of experience oversees our Government-approved Kindergarten program.

• Our Centre interior, from Nursery to Kindergarten, is thoughtfully arranged to align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• The environment stimulates sensory exploration and promotes play-based learning for comprehensive development.
• Outdoors, we feature vegetable patches, thematic gardens, and a herb garden, promoting environmental awareness and sustainability.
• Play structures like cubby houses, sandpits, a pirate ship, a creek bed, a water tank, a stage, and a rock pit facilitate imaginative outdoor play.
• We maintain a robust connection with the wider community through visits, events, and participation opportunities for the children

You’ll need:
•
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) OR Studying towards your qualification
•
Current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
If you have previous experience as Teacher in a school or early learning environment, or similar, then we want to meet you!
