The Role:
As our Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you'll play a pivotal part to our team. Leading with unwavering dedication and boundless creativity, you will be at the heart of shaping young minds and laying the foundation for their lifelong journey of learning and discovery. You can expect to:
- Create innovative and stimulating curriculum programs.
- Foster strong bonds with families and children, ensuring a supportive atmosphere.
- Mentor and inspire fellow educators, enriching the whole team.
- Maintain excellence in facilities, offering a safe and dynamic space for growth.
- Uphold national quality standards and safety protocols, exceeding expectations.
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF 2.0 and NQS
- Mentor and guide new staffs within the Centre about programming and planning activities
- Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team
- Comply with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations and contribute in QIP
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
- Experience working as an educational leader
- Current and valid First aid, Asthma, and anaphylaxis certification.
- Sound EYLF and NQS knowledge
- Current WWCC and the heart to make a difference.
- Magnetic personality and communication skills to effortlessly connect with children, families, and fellow educators to create meaningful relationships.
