- Support a team of educators in the delivery of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote children's holistic development across all developmental domains.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development.
- Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in Early Childhood education, and integrate new knowledge into practice
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification to ECT)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
