- Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Previous experience as a teacher within Early Childhood Education
- Practical knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Passion and committment to providing high quality Early Childhood education
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check
