The Position:
As an Early Childhood Teacher , you'll play a pivotal role in a dynamic team committed to delivering top-notch education and care for our clients' children. Your responsibilities include guiding, supporting, and supervising children, participating in ongoing training to meet accreditation standards, contributing to program development, and collaborating on curriculum delivery. You'll work with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, ensuring the smooth implementation of daily routines.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Availability for shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain them
Familiarity with the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and EYLF
Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize family communications
