Salary Range: $95 – $120k
- 10% above award wages.
- $500 sign-off bonus
- $500 retention bonus after 12 months.
- $1000 bonus for additional professional development opportunities.
- 6 weeks of paid annual leave.
- Fixed schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with no late hours finish or early start.
- Guaranteed 4 hours of programming time each week.

Kids Academy Rivett – you'll partner with our amazing Centre Manager Laura to deliver an outstanding preschool program in a beautiful 90-place centre with award-winning playscapes designed to excite the senses and ignite children’s imaginations.
Our goal is to grow and instill a lifelong love of learning in every child so they can realise their full potential.
You will:
- Grow and instill a lifelong love of learning in children through our combining play-based and intentional teaching.
- Gain support and training in guiding children’s behaviours.
- Create child-led programs which respect the individuality of every child.
- Support the educational team and centre management to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you:
- Hold an Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Have a current Working with Vulnerable Peoples Card
