You’ll be joining the Early Customer Engagement team – a hard working bunch who assist our customers in the management of their financial commitments by working towards a mutually agreeable payment solution.
Your responsibilities
In your role as an Early Customer Engagement Specialist, you will make outbound calls to CommBank customers who are behind on their payments on their Credit Cards, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and/or Overdrawn Personal Accounts, and attempt to recover the outstanding payments to help get the customer back on their feet.
The focus is gaining an understanding of the customer's situation and delivering excellent and courteous customer service. You will then be able to use your keen sense of negotiation to get them back on track with their payments and retain their business.

You demonstrate effective listening skills, with clear and concise communication skills. You have a drive to reach and exceed expectations and enjoy working within a fast paced, high energy environment.
The Role:
These are permanent part time positions with consisting of 25 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for two roster patterns:
- Monday - Friday 8am-12pm
- Monday - Friday 4pm-9pm
This position is work from home with the requirement that you attend the office once per fortnight on a Wednesday in our office In Eveleigh.
Start Date & Training
The start date for this role is 22nd of April and you must be able to commit to mandatory, full time training from 22/04/24 - 17/05/24. The first week of training is in the office and subsequent three weeks is one day in the office and the rest of the days from home.
