The OpportunityWe have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Customer Engagement team playing an integral role in managing on the ground internal and external stakeholder queries from our community.Why Work for us? Role & Responsibilities: Work closely with all NDIS stakeholders to convert enquiries to referrals whilst maintaining exceptional customer service. Provide guidance, support and advice to Participants and others regarding our services and the broader scheme. Managing ongoing Customer Relations and Feedback and fielding incoming emergency relief calls Maintain records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Actively follow-up all prospective customers who have visited the Booragul or Warabrook Administration buildings, called the Customer Engagement phone line, website enquiries and hospital referrals. Relief of a busy Reception desk (on rotation) and general administrative tasks Collation of Therapy & Behaviour Support documentationAbout you: Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a community services organisation or aged care. Have a good working knowledge of the NDIS Scheme Demonstrated experience in Stakeholder/customer relationship management. Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) Strong commitment to providing excellent service to staff, consumers and participants. Ability to deliver complex information in a sensitive and clear manner. Demonstrated capability in the application of Microsoft Office suite of products (CRM Database experience desirable) Flexible to work across our sites in Warabrook and Booragul A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes) Current NDIS Worker screening check or willingness to obtain Who we are?
