The Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD) is the sole medical college providing training and continuing professional development for medical practitioners in the specialty of dermatology. The College advocates the importance of the profession to communities, government, and stakeholders with a focus on skin health.
About the Role
This role reports to the Director of Membership & Professional Services and is pivotal for enhancing and developing the member services strategy to foster growth and engagement. Lead member initiatives aimed to improve the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs and educational event offerings to increase engagement and deliver value to members.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering an exceptional member experience with an eagerness to enhance member services to increase engagement. You will be organised, have strong time management and be proactive and solution-oriented. You will have excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
You will have experience in either membership, engagement, events, or education management.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the development of the membership strategy to drive engagement.
- Utilise data and member insights to guide strategic member initiatives.
- Develop member offerings to increase member satisfaction and engagement.
- Lead ongoing development of CPD programs.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of educational events.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure program success and integration.
- Input into member communications using member feedback.
- Manage CRM data, conduct reporting and admin duties as required.
- Experience in a membership, engagement, events, or education role.
- Experience in CPD, events or conference coordination.
- Passionate in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Professional, personable, and a collaborative team player.
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, innovative and solutions-focused.
- Work with a close-knit, collaborative, and passionate team
