About the role
The successful candidate will assist in developing and delivering a high quality and inclusive program that supports all children within the allocated studio. You be coached and supervised by the Educational Leader to further deepen your understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy and embed a culture of reflective practice. Your main duties will entail:
• Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and the services policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Actively contribute to the development of the services Quality Improvement Plan
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families, team members.
• Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.
Centre opening hours are open 6:30am-6:30pm.
Skills and experience
Experience in the early childhood sector
Strong ethical values and ability to rally your team around these
Valid working with children check
Certificate 3 or Diploma level early childhood qualification
Current First Aid and CPR
