Our client is a fast-growing, profitable stockbroking and equity capital markets business which is looking to add strong talent to their team at all levels from Graduate to Director level across corporate finance. Their founder has extensive experience in broking in capital markets and remains an active originator and distributor within the business. The 14-strong team is energetic and collaborative and ranges from high-performing graduates to senior team members with decades of finance experience.

Their client base includes several of Australia's largest fund managers and a large book of high-net-worth investors both locally and offshore. They originate deals in listed and pre-IPO opportunities in Australia and offshore and although most of their deals are currently in micro and small-cap mining companies, they are also growing in other sectors. They are client driven and assist clients with solutions that may include equity, debt, convertible notes, options, and advisory retainers.

This opportunity would suit someone who is a fresh Graduate and passionate about equity capital markets who is confident they can create their own book of work. It would also be a great opportunity for someone who may already be in an investment banking, advisory, equity capital markets, equity research or sales role that wants to move into a platform where you can have more autonomy to originate and execute your own deals and where you will have full visibility on your earning potential. The successful candidate/s will be hungry and driven and have the ability to identify new clients and chase down opportunities to execute on.
