About the Role:
You will manage and service a portfolio of SME business clients which will include but is not limited to:
- Managing renewals and retention of an existing client portfolio
- Negotiating and processing renewals and endorsements
- Providing a high level of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers
- Over 2 years insurance broking experience
- Tier 1 Qualification preferred but not essential
- Comfortable with various technology and insurance software
- Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment
- A full-time, permanent position
