eCom Logistics Operations Lead

What you'll do
With a focus on partnership with our Fleet teams and CFCs teams nationwide, we have an exciting opportunity for an eCom Logistics Operations Lead. With customer and business needs at the heart of this role, this varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys exciting project work & a dynamic team. You will be partnering across the group, whilst balancing priorities such as sustainable ways-working and initiative shaping.
Be a part of the HomeRun team, an ever-evolving space for deliveries and vehicles, post order picking. One of the facets of this role is acting as the voice for HomeRun operations to our tech squads and supporting them with queries regarding system development, operational excellence and ways of working as the primary point of contact. You will also support with delivering and influencing future logistics capability across our networks to encourage innovation and regular processes.
Bring an end-to-end holistic view on the future needs of HomeRun, and support teams across the business with your expert knowledge. Responsible include:

• Developing, implementing and embedding end-to-end solutions, process, systems & procedures associated with WooliesX and HomeRun initiatives
• Positive engagement of relevant stakeholders in delivering WooliesX initiatives and BAU change and leading Project initiative end-to-end
• Supports day-to-day HomeRun related queries
• Actively influence the direction of WooliesX initiatives and BAU activities
• The escalation of topics that require intervention where outcomes are likely to compromise operational ability to meet initiative goals

What you'll bring
You're passionate about customers and team, and thrive being an expert in a fast paced environment to ensure a delivery of positive outcomes. You will have:

• Demonstrated experience in product management and leadership
• On-the-ground change management experience in delivering initiatives/projects, experince in Kanban/Jira or Atlassian products would be advantageous
• Strong ability to communicate, manage and influence stakeholders within HomeRun, internal partners and external customers, including able to translate between technical and operational teams
• Experience with transport, retail operations, automation or manufacturing is preferred
• Computer literacy with a high level of analytical and data sourcing skills
