M1 Trades & Labour is a Tier 1 Accredited Traffic Management and Labour Hire company. With a head office in Keilor Park, we provide services to Major infrastructure projects, civil construction, Government, events, utilities and building industries. Our operation runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and recent expansion has seen the development of dedicated offices in Shepparton and Geelong.
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our operations team at our Keilor Park office.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Job booking coordination, organisation of resources for daily jobs.
- Handling of the afterhours phone
- Data integrity across internal systems, with daily job details, dockets, purchase orders and prestart. (Software’s include Xero and Traffio)
- Ensuring that we are adequately resourced for upcoming work.
- Respond to and resolve customer enquiries.
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to secure repeat business.
- Aim to have new Employees actively working within two weeks of face-to-face induction.
- Meet Operational compliance with QHSE requirements, both within the Office and out on site
- Incident response - Ensure all documentation relating to incidents, accidents and site issues are correctly documented, followed up in a timely manner and concluded with HR & OHS BU’s.
- Systems – Updating accurate job notes on customer interactions incidents, warnings etc.
- Check prestart checklists have been completed prior to each shift and action vehicle maintenance where necessary.
- Liaising with Fleet Coordinator for Fleet repairs and maintenance.
