eCommerce Operations Assistant/ Office All Rounder

We are looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Operations Assistant/Office All Rounder who will be the first point of contact for customer and vendor queries.

This position is suitable for a recent school leaver who is enthusiastic about diving into the world of e-commerce operations. As E-commerce Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency of our online business. 

What You’ll Do 

• Handling customer service, phone calls and emails and social media channels
• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required 
• Online Order Processing and fulfilment 
• Maintaining stock levels and reordering when required 
• Vendor Management, training, onboarding and support 
• Handling responses to product reviews and establishing ways to bolster good reviews on all platforms 
• Assist with eCommerce activities and set up of new processes 
• Data entry  
• Support to the CEO and help organise their diary, day and meetings when needed
• Taking minutes of meetings and disseminating to those involved 
• Organising travel and accommodation for staff, when required 
• Handling engagement on company social media accounts 
• General office management 
• Providing administration support to internal and external stakeholders 
• Help in optimising and streamlining day to day operations to enhance productivity 
• Making sure company information on all digital platforms is up-to-date and correct. 
• Freedom to take up business operations related projects, if interested
