We are looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Operations Assistant/Office All Rounder who will be the first point of contact for customer and vendor queries.
This position is suitable for a recent school leaver who is enthusiastic about diving into the world of e-commerce operations. As E-commerce Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency of our online business.
What You’ll Do
- Handling customer service, phone calls and emails and social media channels
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Online Order Processing and fulfilment
- Maintaining stock levels and reordering when required
- Vendor Management, training, onboarding and support
- Handling responses to product reviews and establishing ways to bolster good reviews on all platforms
- Assist with eCommerce activities and set up of new processes
- Data entry
- Support to the CEO and help organise their diary, day and meetings when needed
- Taking minutes of meetings and disseminating to those involved
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff, when required
- Handling engagement on company social media accounts
- General office management
- Providing administration support to internal and external stakeholders
- Help in optimising and streamlining day to day operations to enhance productivity
- Making sure company information on all digital platforms is up-to-date and correct.
- Freedom to take up business operations related projects, if interested
